According to the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education, CME is defined as the educational activities that serve to maintain, develop, or increase the knowledge, skills, and professional performance and relationships a physician uses to provide services for patients, the public, or the profession. CME represents that body of knowledge and skills generally recognized and accepted by the profession as within the basic medical sciences, the discipline of clinical medicine, and the provision of health care to the public.

If you are interested in planning a CME activity or granting CME credit for a planned activity at Womack please use the checklist tool attached below to organize the information needed for the application. CME credit applications must be submitted to the US Army CME office more than 45 days before the activity is scheduled to begin.
The US Army Medical Center of Excellence offers hundreds of free CME/CE courses online through Relias HealthCare. Take a course, answer the online test and evaluation questions, and print your certificate.
